At Edikted UK, we want you to love your fit; however, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return shipping method and download your prepaid QR code or printable shipping label provided by the portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at your nearest designated courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
